Celtic Culture

It is thought that the Celtic culture first began to develop about the year 1200 B.C. Through migration, the Celts were able to establish a presence over most of western Europe, including the United Kingdom, Ireland, France, and Spain. Their heritage is best preserved in Ireland and Great Britain, where remnants of their language and Celtic culture may still be found in modern society.
