What if my ring doesn't fit?

We offer one free resize on standard rings; you cover return shipping for the resize. Custom, made-to-order, and special-order rings can't be resized by us — a local jeweler can help instead.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Store it in an airtight pouch, avoid water, perfume, and lotion, and buff gently with a polishing cloth to keep it looking its best.

How long will my order take?

Orders ship same-day before 9 AM EST. Standard U.S. shipping takes 6–14 business days; expedited is 1–3 days. Free shipping on U.S. orders over $250.
