Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided the items meet our return criteria.

Important Information

  • Custom orders, special orders, shipping charges, and gift wrap fees are non-refundable.
  • Orders from Ireland may take 1-2 weeks to ship.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please initiate all return or exchange requests in writing. You can submit a help ticket through our customer service portal at The Irish Jewelry Company Support Center or by emailing [email protected].

Custom and Special Orders

Items that are custom-made or specially ordered are not returnable or exchangeable due to their unique nature. We recommend being sized by a jeweler before ordering to ensure the correct fit.

Ring Sizing

If your ring does not fit, we offer a one-time size adjustment for standard rings, free of charge, provided the ring is returned in unworn condition. Unfortunately, the shipping costs for resizing will be your responsibility. Please note that custom or made-to-order rings cannot be resized or exchanged and should be adjusted by a local jeweler.

Final Sale and Non-Returnable Items

  • All sales are final after 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • Clearance, on-sale, custom orders, made-to-order and engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Shipping charges, engraving fees, and gift wrap fees are nonrefundable.

If You Receive a Damaged or Incorrect Item

Please report any damaged or incorrect items to Customer Care within 24 hours of delivery.

Defective Items

Claims regarding defective items must be submitted within 24 hours of receipt. We may request photographs of the defect. Please note, that normal wear, accidental damage, or loss is not considered a defect.

Quality Assurance

Sterling Silver is naturally a soft metal, which means rings and their prongs might bend or misshape over time, especially with regular wear due to the heat from your hand. This characteristic of silver does not indicate a defect in quality. Our products undergo strict quality control and are not shipped tarnished unless specifically described as having an antique or patina finish. Tarnishing that occurs with wear is not considered a defect.


We reserve the right to substitute the pictured chain according to market availability with a comparable chain of equal or greater value. 

Order Cancellations

We are unable to cancel or change orders once they are placed, so please review your order carefully before checking out.


Detailed Return and Exchange Instructions

  • To return or exchange an item, please obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number by contacting us via email at [email protected] within 14 days of purchase.
  • All jewelry must be returned in its original, new condition with all original tags and packaging. Returns not meeting these criteria may be denied.
  • Include a copy of the packing slip with the returned item.
  • Items returned without an RA number may only be eligible for store credit.
  • We recommend using an insured courier for returns and keeping a copy of your receipt as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Additional Information

  • During holidays, processing times for returns and exchanges may be extended, and customer service hours may be reduced.
  • We reserve the right to refuse delivery or substitute shipping methods to ensure timely delivery.

Usage of Promo Codes

Promo codes are applicable for online purchases only. To utilize a promotional code, enter it at checkout. Each code is valid for a single use.


Exclusions and Limitations

  • Promo codes do not apply to sales tax, shipping, and handling fees.
