Returns

  • Return Period: You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. For purchases made between November 26 and December 26, the return period is extended until January 7.
  • Eligible Items: Most items are eligible for return, except:
    • Custom orders
    • Special orders
    • Engraved items
    • Clearance or sale items
    • Items that have been altered or damaged beyond normal wear
  • Condition of Item: The item must be unworn, in original condition, with all original tags, packaging, and any included accessories. Trying on in a private setting is acceptable, but any signs of wear or damage will disqualify the item from being returned.
  • Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are not refundable. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using an insured courier to protect your item during transit and keep the receipt.
  • How to Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team via email at [email protected] or through our support center at http://theirishjewelrycompany.zendesk.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team aims to respond within 24 hours during business days. Once you receive the RA number, pack the item(s) in their original packaging and include the RA number on the outside of the package. Ship the package to our returns address, which will be provided with the RA number. The returned item must be received by us within 14 days of the RA number issuance, or the return may be canceled.
  • Processing Time: Upon receipt of your return, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return conditions. If approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, in the original currency. For credit card refunds, it may take an additional 5-7 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank’s processing time.

Exchanges

  • Exchange Process: To exchange an item, first initiate a return as described above. Once your return is processed and approved, you can place a new order for the desired item. Please note that exchanges are subject to the same return conditions, and any new order will be subject to current pricing and availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we will process your refund, and you can reorder when available.

Special Instructions

  • Holiday Periods: During holidays, our customer service response times may be longer due to increased volume and reduced hours. We are closed from December 25 to January 2, and orders placed during this time will be processed upon our reopening.
  • International Orders: For international orders, please note that you are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees incurred. Returns from international orders must comply with all applicable laws and regulations and must be sent to our designated returns address, provided with the RA number.

  • What if my ring doesn’t fit? If your ring does not fit, we offer a one-time size adjustment for standard rings, free of charge, provided the ring is returned in unworn condition. You will be responsible for the shipping costs to send the ring back to us for resizing. Please contact us to initiate this process. Note that custom or made-to-order rings cannot be resized or exchanged by us; we recommend adjusting these with a local jeweler.
  • Can I cancel or change my order? We are unable to cancel or change orders once they are placed due to our quick processing times. Please review your order carefully, including size, style, and shipping details, before checking out to ensure accuracy.
  • How do I use a promo code? Promo codes are applicable for online purchases only. To utilize a promotional code, enter it in the designated field at checkout before completing your order. Each code is valid for a single use and cannot be combined with other offers unless specified.
