Ordering & Payment

  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and Apple Pay. All transactions are secure and processed in USD.
  • Can I cancel or change my order?
    Due to our quick processing, we cannot cancel or modify orders once placed. Please review your order details (size, style, address) carefully before checkout.
  • How do I use a promo code?
    Promo codes are valid for online purchases only. Enter your code in the “Promo Code” field at checkout. Each code is single-use and cannot be combined unless specified.

Shipping & Delivery

  • How long does shipping take?
    • Domestic (U.S.): Standard shipping (free/flat rate) takes 6-14 business days via UPS or USPS. Expedited options (2-3 or 1-2 days) are available at checkout.
    • International: 7-21 business days via UPS, plus potential customs delays.
  • How can I track my order?
    You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Check your package status on the carrier’s site (UPS or USPS). If you don’t get tracking within 2 business days, email us.
  • What if my package is lost or delayed?
    If tracking shows no updates for 5+ business days, contact us with your order number. We’ll file a claim with the carrier and assist you. For delivered-but-missing packages, notify us within 7 days.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, we ship worldwide via UPS. You’re responsible for duties, taxes, and customs fees, payable upon delivery. Some countries (e.g., India) may have restrictions—check at checkout.
  • What happens during holidays?
    We’re closed from December 25 to January 2. Orders placed then ship starting January 3, with possible delays due to holiday volume. Plan ahead for time-sensitive deliveries.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Can I return my item?
    Yes, within 14 days of delivery (extended to January 7 for November 26–December 26 purchases). Items must be unworn, in original condition, with tags and packaging. Custom, special order, engraved, or clearance items are non-returnable.
  • How do I start a return or exchange?
    Email [email protected] or use http://theirishjewelrycompany.zendesk.com for a Return Authorization (RA) number. Include your order number and reason. You pay return shipping; refunds process in 7-10 business days once approved.
  • What if my item is defective?
    Report defects within 24 hours of receipt with photos. Contact us, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Ring Sizing & Jewelry Care

  • What if my ring doesn’t fit?
    For standard rings, we offer one free size adjustment if returned unworn. You cover shipping costs to us. Custom or made-to-order rings can’t be resized by us—visit a local jeweler. Check sizes carefully before ordering.
  • How do I find my ring size?
    Use our ring size guide or visit a jeweler. Measure in the evening when fingers are warm for accuracy. We’re not responsible for incorrect size orders.
  • How do I care for my jewelry?
    Store in a dry, cool place, avoid water and chemicals and clean with a soft cloth. See our jewelry care blog for detailed tips.

  • How do I contact you?

  • What if I don’t get a response?
    Check your spam folder first. If no reply after 48 hours (excluding weekends/holidays), resend your request with “URGENT” in the subject line.
